Whack a friend, and heal them. If they're hitting you, it'll walk you away to self-heal if you get too low on health for whatever reason.
Required setup:

- Bandages dragged to first hotbar slot
- Bandage Self dragged to second slot on hotbar
- Sparring partner set as "last target"... use a bandage manually on them once to set this.
